Fall Rental Update:

As we head into the fall season, we're excited to continue offering bike rentals with a few changes.

Beginning August 10th, bike rentals will be available for customer pickups and drop-offs at our Carlton Cruiser location.

We'll contact you after your order is received to confirm details.

If you've already booked a reservation in advance, don't worry! We will continue to provide delivery for most weekend reservations. Once we receive your booking, we'll reach out to confirm the details and communicate any delivery arrangements.

Everything you need to know about Carlton Cruiser bike rentals.

  • Renting a bike for your vacation is easy!

    Bikes are delivered on the first day of your reservation, and our crew will securely lock your gear, so you don’t need to be present for the delivery. You’ll receive a text message and photo to confirm and help you locate your bikes.

    Deliveries are guaranteed by 5:00 PM. While booking in advance is recommended, we’re happy to offer same-day deliveries on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Please remember to place your bikes and gear on your front or back porch by 10:00 AM when your rental period ends. Enjoy your ride!

  • Your lock combination will be the last four digits of the cell phone number associated with your reservation.

  • Helmets are provided complimentary to all riders.

  • For any bicycle rentals, orders cancelled prior to one week of your delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within one week of your delivery date will be charged 50% of the total amount or can be rescheduled. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund. We do not offer any weather-related refunds or rain checks. 

  • If your bike requires a repair (flat tire, broken chain, etc.), simply call or text us. We'll repair or replace your bike promptly.

  • I understand that I will be assigned specific bikes, each marked with a number, and I will be fully responsible for those bikes until they are returned to Carlton Cruisers LLC at the end of my rental period. Furthermore, I acknowledge that I will be charged for any lost or damaged items: $350 per bike, $20 per lock, $20 per basket, and $20 per helmet.
